Our prices are very close to or just slightly higher than those in youth hostels, but we offer greater comfort and autonomy.
In youth hostels you sleep in huge bedrooms, sharing them with 30 to 50 other people who are arriving and leaving all night long. At 9 am you have to leave your bed because of cleaning hours (9-12 am) - not very pleasant if you have spent all night in discotheque.
Additionally, your luggage is not very safe while you stay in a hostel because of continuous flow of guests.
Situations of being robbed while in a hostel are quite frequent. Large youth hostels are not down town - you have to spend a lot of your time travelling. If you stay at a youth hostel you will have to spend a lot of money on your food, while in the apartment you have your own kitchen equipped with cooker and fridge so you can feel like at home.
You buy all food that you need in a supermarket so you have noticeably smaller expenses compared to eating in restaurants, especially if you intend to stay for a longer period of time.
Beds in all apartments are bank beds: of course clean sheets and towels are provided. There is a colour TV, and sometimes a stereo. You do not share apartment or bathroom of yours with anyone, and that is very important.
An experienced traveller would always prefer the apartment to a hostel because in the apartment he feels like at home.

LOCATION

Apartments are located in Amsterdam down town and close suburbs, and this suits you perfectly. Amsterdam is a very big town, and if you were staying in a suburb you would not be satisfied although your apartment would be cheaper.
Only a 10 minutes' walk or no more than a few tram stations divide your apartment from main city squares, museum district or discotheque.

YOUR SECURITY

Guests in our apartments are supplied with 2 or 3 key-sets, enabling them to move freely.
Because of yours (and ours) security apartments are equipped with high security locks which have keys that can not be copied.
That is the reason why we insist you should return the keys to us when you depart: sometimes we practice taking a symbolic loan from you (driving license or similar) which we return on your departure.
Time of departure is agreed upon with each group separately (usually on 10 to 12 am) when you return our keys and we return your loan.
Our newsletter will be active soon, so you can read about all news and offers.
